Question

PDF Version Control when Reviewing

Hello - Is there pdf document versioning? Meaning, if I have a PDF that I have sent for review > received feedback > reflected changes to native source file > want to send again for next round of review. Do I need to upload again and establish a new link and separate "Shared file" or am I able to version over the previous round to avoid potentially many different documents/links for one file? Thank you.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out.

If I understand the workflow, while initiating Shared Review you did check the "allow comment" section. Reviewer did go thorough the document and added comments on it. Shared review is a live feature, it wont end unless you don't click on "Finished".

To start a shared review with the same reviewer from an existing review, you may check the steps given here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/tracking-pdf-reviews.html

If we didn't get it, For better understanding please share your workflow step by step.

Thanks,

Akanchha
