If you think about it, anyone could turn up here with a form you made, and say they forgot the password, then use it to unlock your form! Sure you wouldn't like that. So, luckily, Adobe did not make any back door.

Yes, we can't and, if we could, we wouldn't, because we have no way to know if you are the real owner, or someone trying to read someone else's secrets.
