I've attempted to convert PDF to Word without success with this program.  Please cancel charge to credit card immediately.  Thank you.

    Hi kgordon67,

    I looked into your account and see that you purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription. Did you try using the Save As Other command in Acrobat to save your PDF in Word format? If so, I'm sorry that it didn't work as expected.

    I'm personally not able to cancel your subscription for you, or I would take care of that. Would you kindly Contact Customer Care?  A Customer Care agent should be able to take care of you.
