Please embed already embedded fonts!

The biggest shortcoming of the cloud PDF services is that fonts are not preserved. I understand that every font cannot be stored on Adobe's cloud servers, but why can't the cloud services use the fonts that are already embedded in Microsoft Office documents? This would go a long way to increasing the value of Adobe's cloud PDF services!

      Agreed. This is maddening. A font that used to always work between word and Acobat when saving as an Acrobat PDF no longer gets embedded. I doubt the usage on the font changed. I believe it is an issue, a setting in word or acrobat that I need to change. Can't find the right answer anywhere.

      Also I am using Adobe Pro DC.
