Please help, new user

I saved a pdf form to my computer and wanted to convert to word so I can edit and type answers instead of printing and completing by hand.  Directed to site to pay yearly fee, so I paid and it went through, I just checked.  When I go to convert I get a failure.  Then I tried the export pdf files to word and that failed as well.  I'm stuck, please help.

    Hi krazykat913,

    Let's see what we can do to get things working for you. For starters, you can download the free Adobe Reader to fill out the PDF form (no need to convert to Word). You can get the free Reader from www.adobe.com/products/reader.html.

    As for the conversion errors, it would be helpful to know exactly what the error message is so we know how best to proceed.
