Question about Snapshot

I need to install other software that uses Snapshot and I'm receiving an error.  What I'm being told is that snapshot uses the black ice driver and windows will not work with 2 running instances of black ice printer drivers.  Is there just a way to uninstall the snapshot?

ERROR: An "Error in function: dAddPortMonitor, Error code: 1805 "Error Occurs When Installing Snapshot on a 64-bit edition of windows.

You've landed in the Acrobat.com forums from Adobe, but Snapshot isn't an Adobe product. I did find these articles, which may help you, though:
