Hi

I am new to this forum and cant even find where to submit a question; I have decided to submit a query on an existing trail.

I have just paid an annual fee so that I can convert a pdf to an excel file and when I run through the process it says there is no file there.

Any ideas and where do I send the file for the experts to see what is happening

    Hello Tima,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, as per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF file to Excel, Is that correct?

I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID and found that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF subscription. Try exporting the PDF file to Excel through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the freeware Adobe Reader and facing an issue , please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader and reboot the machine and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates and install any pending updates.

Are you not able to export any PDF file or is it specific to one PDF? Is it possible to share a screenshot of the error you get? To share a screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Is it a Mac or Windows machine? Is Adobe Reader is installed on the machine and what is the dot version of Adobe Reader installed? To identify refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes and share your observation.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
