Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

As per the records, the Adobe ExportPDF, Annual subscription on your Adobe Id is inactive and canceled.

For the renewal, you may edit your billing details, Choose "Change Credit Card details" from the following link: Manage your Creative Cloud membership
