My child mistakenly purchased this subscription yesterday evening. Please advise how to obtain a refund asap.

    Hi,

    Did you purchase Adobe Document Cloud online subscription service (e.g. Adobe PDF Pack, Adobe Export PDF) via Acrobat Reader?

    Would you take a look at the following pages to get a refund?

    It looks like it was the adobe pdf pack. I didnt see a refund option on the

    link you provided. It was a $9.99 charge

    But this is an Adobe user forum, not Customer Support. We (moderators and fellow users participating in this Reader/Acrobat mobile forum) are not able to process any requests that are related to subscriptions.

    I will move this discussion to the Document Cloud PDF services forum.  The Adobe staff who monitors the user forum may be able to assist you with a refund sooner than Customer Care.
