For the third time I want a full refund now.If not refunded by 48 hours I will report charges to my bank as you're not wanting to do anything.Thanks

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe PDFPack on your current Adobe ID, to unsubscribe/cancel, please refer to the following KB article Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

For refund process, you have to contact the Adobe support team Contact Customer Care

I have also shared the direct contact details of Adobe support team via private message, please check your email inbox.

For troubleshooting, related to Adobe PDFPack services, please refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
