Hi today I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro and was having trouble using it.  A couple of months ago I had used it edit a pdf document and today when I purchased the program it no longer worked correctly.  I was hoping to receive a refund since it does not function the way I wanted it to. Thanks

    I would be happy to help you figure out what's going on with Acrobat, if you'd like to keep your subscription. You should definitely be able to edit PDFs with Acrobat Pro.


    But, if you'd rather just cancel, please Contact Customer Care to talk to an agent about your options.
