Requesting a refund

Good afternoon,I purchased a adobe product April 20th and when I went to use it, it did not do what I expected which was to convert a pdf file written on a memo pad to a Microsoft word document. As soon, as I realized I would not be able to get what I wanted I requested to cancel immediately. I received an email indicating I had turned off the product. I just reciecved my credit card statement and I see I was still charged $26.

Please cancel order and process a refund

    Good evening,

    Is this a game...I have requested to cancel this crap for the 3rd time. I keep receiving emails with directions on canceling but nothing is being processed. I feel like this is a merry go round. I would like this order/account to be cancelled effective 4/20/15 and a full refund issued.
