Requesting a refund
Good afternoon,I purchased a adobe product April 20th and when I went to use it, it did not do what I expected which was to convert a pdf file written on a memo pad to a Microsoft word document. As soon, as I realized I would not be able to get what I wanted I requested to cancel immediately. I received an email indicating I had turned off the product. I just reciecved my credit card statement and I see I was still charged $26.
Please cancel order and process a refund
