Requesting refund

The software seems not to allow me to convert a PDF to Word format. I just downloaded it. How can I reach customer support about a refund?

If you'd like to proceed with a refund, please initiate a chat session with Adobe Customer Support. Click the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page: Contact Customer Care. Then, click the Chat button. (Chat is available from 7am-5pm PST, Monday-Friday.)
