Sharing signing templates using Acrobat PDF Services

I have Adobe Acrobat DC perpetual license.

I added Adobe PDF Pack so I have Adobe Sign.

A couple others here are adding Adobe PDF Pack so they have Adobe Sign also. I would like to share templates I have setup.

I cannot tell from the documentation if I am required to upgrade from PDF Pack to Adobe Sign Team in order to do this.
