Please tell us more, so we can get to the bottom of the issue:

• Are you unable to print from any application? Or just from Adobe Reader/Acrobat?
• What happens when you try to print?
• Is there an error message? If so, what is it?
• Are you on Mac OS or Windows, and what version?
