That is a big document! It sounds like the ExportPDF service timed out before it could convert the entire document. For a document that large (even if it's within the 100-MB file size limit), I would recommend using Acrobat instead. When you use Acrobat, the conversion takes place locally, so you aren't constrained by upload speeds and the like as you are when you convert online.

You are welcome to try Acrobat for free. You can download a 30-day trial from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html. In Acrobat, choose File > Save as Other > Microsoft Word > Word Document to save your PDF in .doc format.
