I want to cancel my subscription. I follwoed th normal steps (Manage your plan -> cancel your plan), but when I select Cancel your Plan I get this page:
When I select continue, I am asked to verify my account with a code sent to my registered email, which I did. Then on the next page I am asked to change my password (!) which I did, then I selected again Continue and then the system takes me back to the abov page! It is an endless loop! I disconnected my Google account from the Adobe account as I am not sure if that is what they say is the issue (althoug it should not as they offered the sign in via Google in the first place)! Now what? I treid their chat but that tells me I do not have an accoutn with them. Can anyone help! It is ridicuous that they don't have a proper customer service contact.
