The download does not print.  Why not?

Hi gisab46344065,

What's not printing? Did you download a file from your Acrobat.com account? What sort of file is it, and what happens when you try to print it? Do other files print for you? Are you on Mac OS or Windows?

Please give us a few more specifics about the problem that you're experiencing, and we will have a better idea what sort of solution to suggest.
