unable to access export PDF service since upgrade

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to access the ExportPDF service since the upgrade, Is that correct?
Try to access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome or Firefox, or Safari and see if you face any issue.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC and facing the issue, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC, and check for any pending updates. Reboot the machine after the installation of updates and try exporting any PDF file.

To download Adobe Reader DC, use the URL https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
