Unable to convert files

I have paid my subscription and have logged in but am unable to convert files??

    Please clear the browser cache, and try logging in again to https://cloud.acrobat.com/. Make sure that you're using a supported browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services).

    Please let us know what happens when you try to convert files? Are you having trouble logging in? Or trouble covering? Let us know what issue you're facing, and we'll do our best to sort it out.

    Same problem ...can't even do the first conversion ... all I see in he middle of the page is the 4 squares changing colour

    Thanks...just got it to work using IE...did not work with Chrome, but I did not spend anytime to clear cache or or reboot...the 3 conversions I tested were really very good
