Buena noche! necesito ayuda.! me acabo de suscribir a Adobe y no puedo convertir mis documentos! compre un Pack de un mes con valor de 9dll. ¿Que pudo hace?

As per the description above, you are not able to convert any PDF file using Adobe PDFPack subscription, Is that correct?
I have checked the record with your current Adobe ID which you have used to log-in on Adobe forums and there is no subscription of Adobe PDFPack associated with your current Adobe ID.
The order which you tried to place with your current Adobe ID, was declined as the address which is on your card and Adobe account was not verified.
Please contact Adobe support team via Contact Customer Care for the billing issue. I have also shared the direct contact details of Adobe support via private message, please check your email inbox.
