I have recently started having issue where I am no longer able to drag any Acrobat file to a 2nd monitor regardless of which computer I am using (Windows 10).  I'm wondering if this could be something with my account somehow as a co-worker is able to do this easily on the same computer.  I'm at a loss as this is affecting my ability to do everything I need to do at work.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Michelle33293194cmfl,

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned, the drag feature is not working. Please confirm if you can drag the file within the same monitor or if you can not drag the file at all from the Acrobat window.

Try repairing the application installation. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation.

Or try reinstalling Acrobat using the steps suggested below:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4cmKtSV).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adob
