Unable to export pdf
when I convert a pdf, the screen changes to internet and show me the site where I can purchase a account. But I already have a export account. And I'm logged on, so that can't be the problem.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to convert a pdf, is that correct?
As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Export PDF.
Could you check if you are using Adobe Reader, not Acrobat to convert pdfs. You may refer to the steps given in this link for the same: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Also, try signing out from the application - Adobe Reader, reboot the machine, sign back in and check.
