Unable to Post Comment

A number of users (including myself) are having issues posting comments.  The following message appears: "We were unable to post your comment, please try again." The commenting toolbar to the left on Adobe Document Cloud website is also missing. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

 

I have tried the following:

 

1.) Uploaded a number of different PDFs (from InDesign, from Word) 

2.) Uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 2023.006.20320)

3.) Cleared cookies, cache and history

4.) Used Google Chrome Incognito mode

 

Nothing seems to be working.

If the issue still occurs, please let us know if this happens with all PDFs on which you try to add comments. Are you able to view the comments already added to the PDF? Are you experiencing this behavior with shared files?

It would be helpful if you could share more information for further investigation.
