unable to sign in

I have no problem signing in with my email and password but then I'm taken to a s 2nd page and asked for an addition security password that I cannot rememeber.  How can I retrieve it so I can use my product?I purchased the product on 1/10/14 order # AD007488158.

    Hi there,

    When I look at that order number, it's for an Adobe SendNow subscription placed back in April 2013, but has since expired. Does that sound right? What service are you trying to log in to?
