Can't access my Export PDF...good grief! How hard shoot it be? Pay, establish and accct, login and perform conversion

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, please use the service on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and let us know if you face any issue.
If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and getting the error message, then please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader with your Adobe ID and password.
