Unable to use Adobe ExportPDF services as it's asking to purchase again.

I purchased the adobe export PDF for the 1.99 per month plan.  Each time I try to convert a file to an excel sheet, it just opens an internet pop up window asking me to purchase the product again.  Any suggestions on what I can do actually get a file to convert?

Hi Katier,

As per the description above, you are not able to Export/Convert a PDF file as you get a message again to subscribe the Adobe ExportPDF services, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID.

Log in to your online account with your current Adobe ID and password to use the services, sign in at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf and try to export the PDF. Try a different browser this time like Chrome or Firefox or Safari.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, make sure you are logged in with your current Adobe ID and password. Sign out and sign back in once in Adobe Reader.  If you want to download the Reader, you can from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Hope this helps, and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
