As I understand you want to use the services of Adobe Export PDF, Is that correct?
Adobe Export PDF is an online Adobe Document Cloud service. It cannot be downloaded.
Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and can use the services.
You can also download the free desktop version of Acrobat Reader and can use the services, to download Acrobat Reader: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
