Unable to view documents uploaded on Acrobat.com on the iPad Ap.

I've created an account and uploaded some documents on Acrobat.com, however I'm unable to view them within the ipad ap. Is there some kind of lag time between uploading & being able to viwe within the ap?

    Hi sadie's pet stop,

    Once your files are uploaded, you should be able to see them from the Reader app in your iPad. Is the file list empty there? What happens when you log out, and then log back in?

    Hi Sara,

    Thank-you for the follow-up. I've uploaded a number of files in workspaces, however after logining in & out a few times, I'm not seeing the files in the ap under the Acrobat.com tab.

    Ah! Workspaces! That is being retired. So, instead of uploading to Workspaces, try uploading to cloud.acrobat.com/files. (Confusing, I know--but Workspaces is being phased out.) You may want to log in there on your laptop/desktop and download any files you have stored there. There's a big red Download button in the lower-left corner.
