Uploaded documents not loading

Everytime I upload a document, I can see the title at the top of the page, but nothing is actually opening in the edit tool. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve?

Please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser.

If that doesn't help, try opening PDF using an alternate browser or the new incognito window on Chrome.
