I have a valid licensed adobe software. Then why I am being asked to subscribe again to use this

    Hi Dr Shashidhar,

    Which Adobe service you are using and when that service is asking you to subscribe.

    Please make sure if you are using Adobe service you are logged into that using Adobe id (Email Id registered with Adobe).
