Viewing and printing layers

Recently purchase Chromebook Laptop. Can't see an option on the Reader app to view layers. What am i doing wrong? Everything looks different now.

I am using the free version of Adobe reader on a Chromebook. I'm not able
to view or print layers and wondering if this option is not offered in
Adobe Reader or there is an issue with using Reader on a Chromebook.
