I was asking for a refund too. I contacted both Google and Adobe. Google told me that Adobe should do the refund. I still haven't heard a word from Adobe

I'm having same issue,except I signed up for a free 7 day trial. I cancelled 2 days ago, but today received a receipt of charge $69.99. I've been in touch with Google Play & Adobe can't agents, trying to get help with a refund. Adobe sends me to Google, Google says it's Adobe's responsibility. They told me to email the app developer, so I did & ended up here. Did u ever get your refund?

my computer died - so the software is no longer needed. I forgot about the re-occuring payments to Adobe until I changed my credit card number because of a breach somewhere else - and that's when Adobe needed my info to be "updated" before I could cancel. I updated, and then the "Manage" button disappeared from the cancelation page, just like that. Should I wait 24 hours to be sure you really took my money, so I can maybe forget that you're charging me addional months for a program I can't use?

A yearly subscription went out ofr my account prived rage above $150nzd , wtaf i never approve of this payment. Its very frustrating. I read through some peoples refund requests to things I have in mind number one is I read comment a lady was complaining that she needed a refund because her baby is crying and needed milk I just think that is the most silliest excuse anyone with or without children could ever make that irritated me alot settling I am a very highly concerned I won't be receiving my refund of $150 plus more isn't my first time reaching out for a refund I don't know what I'm supposed to do or who to contact all I've been doing as following instructions that have been provided to me. Via problem as I'm surprised a yearly subscription I pressed the subscribe button I don't remember receiving any email before the billing dates and I was maiev and I didn't understand full terms & conditions at the end of my mistake with is not Google's fault this is purely that apps fault I really need help I really want this refund back into my account I feel like I have been robbed of money
