Every time i try to install Adobe Acrobat Pro it fails and prompt me with "WebGet Request Failed" and then it stops. It happens in the beginng of the download.

I tried to search on Google, and i found one site that said i needed to uninstall McAfee or Norton 360 antivirus, but im currently not useing any of these programs.

Do you got any ideas how to fix this?

Hi sdfsfyry,

Are you downloading from cloud.acrobat.com? What happens when you download directly from this page: Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X?

Make sure that you're logged in as an administrator, and disable any antivirus software (the issue may be related to antivirus software other than the two you mention).

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara

Hi sdfsfyry,

It sounds like you've been able to download and install, but not run Acrobat because it's asking for a serial number. Is that correct? If you're logged in with your Adobe ID and password, you should be able to use Acrobat from the link that I provided.

Best,

Sara
