What Can Adobe Acrobat Online really do?

Question

Hi, We make Print design in Indesign then convert to PDF but we need our clients to have the ability to edit the designs, we think Adobe Acrobat online might be a durable tool to help us achieve this. The challenge is we do not know the capabilities of Acrobat Online. Please we'd like to know if the following are possible

1. Change Background [Color and Size]
2. Text [ change of text, color of text, size of text, orientation of text (vertical or horizontal)
3. Image [ability to add image and edit said image size]
4. Create link to share document with our customers
