what now??

I have made changes in a document, trying to print. Part is printing and other part is coming blank. It all shows on the document. Why only part is printing?  This is a document I downloaded and used Adobe to type in changes(fill in blanks).  Also purchased upgrade to move file and try printing there. It says I need to purchase upgrade still. I have received email verification that upgrade was successful. Why is it saying need to upgrade?  Tried to update currant upgrade, says I don't have upgrade. Why?

Which "Adobe" application did you use?   What "upgrade" did you purchase (for which application)?  Is the "document" a PDF form?

Screen shots of any error messages and the application you are referring to would help a lot.  There are too many options to diagnose without more information...

Yes the document is PDF form and like I said, it printed the last page with the changes but the first two did not fill in. The is an application form.

This is Adobe reader, cell phone app. Not sure any other info. It did finally upgrade so I can move the file, yet even moving it to another program did not print my fill in data, just blank application.

Hmmn, I am not really clear on what upgrade was needed to "move" the file, what did you purchase?
