Hello Klaus,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, Is that correct?

Please try to access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and getting the error message, please sign out and sign back in Adobe Reader using your current Adobe ID and password and check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates.

Reboot the machine and try exporting any PDF file.

For more troubleshooting, refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

Can you let us know more about what’s happening? Are there any specific error codes or messages? Are you not able to open the file when it is exported from PDF?

Please share a screenshot of the issue https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Hello Klausg,

Are you not able to open a PDF file or a file after exporting a PDF file?

If you are not able to open a PDF file, please refer to the following KB doc and try the solution Can't open PDF Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/cant-open-pdf.html

If you are trying to export a PDF file to a document, and not able to open the document, please try to update or repair the application for the document, for example, if you are exporting a PDF to Word, please update or repair Microsoft office.

If you have a different query and issue, Can you provide more detail on what’s going on? Please share a screenshot, to share a screenshot refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

We will wait for your response.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
