Question

When attempting to Sign In, I get a watch icon while I'm clicking, but nothing else happens.

I'm never given an opportunity to actually enter my credentials.

    Hi ajmauriello,

    Are you trying to sign in via Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the cloud.acrobat.com web interface? Please try one or more of the following:

    • Clear the browser cache, and try logging in again to https://cloud.acrobat.com.
    • Use a different web browser.
    • Repair/reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader (and make sure you're using Acrobat Reader DC, as the Acrobat online services are no longer supported under earlier versions of Reader. You can download the current version from this page: https://get.adobe.com/reader.
