You can find information about your account by logging in to http://www.adobe.com. See Adobe ID, sign in, and account help for information about managing your Adobe account.

I did take a peek at your account though, and it looks like you just subscribed to ExportPDF. That subscription is good for a year from the date of subscription, and will auto-renew at that point, unless you cancel.
