When I try to download file it says failure

It says file too complex or too large. I need to download these two files, what can I do?

    Hi susanwales,

    Are you trying to convert a file, or download an existing file? (The error that you reference above sounds like one that would occur during conversion--from or to PDF--not when downloading a file from Acrobat.com.

    Can you please tell me a bit more about where this error is occurring?

    • What service are you using?
    • Are you accessing the service online, or from within Reader?
    • What operating system and browser are you using?
    • Are you able to convert (or download) any files?

    Once we have the answers to these questions, we should be able to point you to a solution.
