Where is the send button in adobe send? I listed all the files I want and the screen where you are supposed to be able to send the files only has a cancel button. I have tried this on two different browsers. Send Now worked flawlessly; I can't even use the new product since there is no send button.

Which browsers did you try?
The Send/Create Link button is available once you check either the Public/Personalized Link - note if you are a paid account and you check 'Personalized Link' the Send button will be available once a valid email address is entered into the Recipient Email Address field

Waterfox and Pale Moon. I just tried Internet Explorer 11 and the send button is there. Is this a 32 bit versus 64 bit browser issue?

What browser did it fail on originally?
I've not seen any issues with IE8, IE9, IE10, FF or Chrome

I just experienced the same problem. The Send Button shows up on my Chrome and IE Browser but NOT in my Firefox 32.0.3 browser. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium and it is update to date. Is there a plugin or a fix for Firefox (my preferred browser)?

Hi Terry,
Firefox is definitely a supported web browser (System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services). What happens if you clear the browser cache and log back in to Send?
Best,
Sara

Sara,
Yes, I tried that and I tried again. Here is the screen shot of what I see:
Thanks

That is odd! I'm using the same version of Firefox, and can't replicate the issue. There is a newer version of Firefox, though. It might be worth installing the update.
Have you been able to send files previously? Has anything changed? Any anti-virus protection software?

Sara:
It appears that the issue is with this particular computer. I have a
laptop with the identical software and virus (AVG 2015). When I started
Adobe Send, the button was there. Sorry for the confusion.
I am a die-hard Send Now fan. When I first tried using Send my files
wouldn't completely upload, probably because of my upload speed. They
are doing fine now and this will be the first week is use Send to upload
our church radio show to the radio station.
I thank you for your patience and again apology for taking your time on
an issue that wound up being limited to this one computer.
Have a Blessed Day

Well I have never been able to see a send button, whether I am in the latest version of Firefox (32 bit) or Pale Moon (64 bit). I went back to using Send Now since that always works perfectly. Of course that is now being discontinued and I am left with a program (Adobe Send) that does not provide a "send" button for me to send any files to anyone. I don't see this as a single computer issue; its the software that should work on different browsers and it is clear that Adobe Send does not work on Firefox based browsers. Looks like I am now going to have to find a program from another software supplier that provides the ability to actually send large files. Gary Cardinale

I even have tried Internet Explorer and its even worse; the webpage for Adobe Sednd has a login button that does not even work. So I cannot even log in to adobe send using Internect Explorer. This Adobe Send tool is really a poorly written application. Send Now always worked perfectly regardless of which browser I was in. The difference between the two products is night and day. So unfortunately I need to cancel any further payments and move on to another supplier who can actually make a program that works on at least one browser that I use. Gary Cardinale
