Question

Why am I charged for a fee?

I just got a notice from my American Express service that a charge of $23.88 is pending from Adobe Websales, 801 N. 34th St, Seattle, WA. Can you let me know what this is for. I have no idea where to ask this question and hope you can help me get this answered as soon possible. Thank you. Aloysius Poh.

I literally just had the same issue and upon reconciling my AMEX noticed that they have charged me for 8 months already with no account. Upon contacting their customer support, they don't have my email at all and continue to just say "you just forgot that you signed up" when in fact i have no account nor agreed to anything. All of a sudden then the customer support rep elevated his tone and began getting defensive and stating that then i signed up for a year subscription. There were so many stories that he created that made no sense. He ended up raising his tone even further and laughing followed by hanging up on me when i asked for proof. Such scammers and con artists at Adobe. So much fraud happening with this company.

Hi there,

We're sorry about the experience. Did you contact the AMEX support or the Adobe support? Do you have any reference ID from Adobe?

We will try and look into this and help you anyway possible.

Thanks

Hi aloysiusp,

I've checked your account, and that charge was for an Adobe CreatePDF subscription, which you purchased on May 21, 2014. Those subscriptions auto-renew by default, so that charge you see is the auto-renewal for your subscription. If you no longer want that subscription, please see Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Acrobat.com online services.

Best,

Sara

We don't know (we are mostly just users as yourself).

You need to contact Adobe Customer Care http://adobe.ly/1d3k3a5
