Why can't I convert a document?

I'm a subscriber to Export, I'm signed in, use this every week, but today it says there is an error signing in, although I can access my account?

    I am sorry for the trouble with signing in today.

    Are you trying to sign in from Adobe Reader or https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html?

    If Reder, restart Reader and try again or try above website. 

    Another case is that your subscription has expired.
