Why can't I subscribe to PDF Pack?

I clicked the subscribe button for the PDF Pack on the acrobat home page and a box pops up with the "thinking" squares that go around and around, but it just does that forever it never loads anything. And it isn't my internet connection because I have other tabs open in my internet browser and they are loading just fine.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble subscribing to Adobe PDF Pack. Please clear your browser cache, and then try again. If that fails, try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported web browsers).
