Why Can't verify my purchase for Adobe export PDF?

I purchased one year subscription of Adobe export PDF on 25th. Oct. And already got receipt email from Apple. But still cant use what I paid for. It keeps saying can't verify the purchase and asking to restore the purchase. But when restoring, that mssge repeating. Pls Help!

    I see there is some problem with the activation of your Export PDF subscription.

    because of that you are facing trouble activating the services.

    I request you to please Contact Customer Care  to get the subscription activated.

    Tks fot the reply! I clicked the "contact customer care" , seemed like winding up in the same forum channel. I posted another thread for activation. pls advise again if that's not what I'm supposed to do.

    Please help to activate my Adobe Export PDF subscription
