Why can you only combine 12 PDF files in one?

wondering why my adobe acrobat will only let me combine 12 files at once

Hi cassiem31247984,

The 12-file limit applies only to the Adobe PDF Pack online service (Acrobat doesn't have that limitation).

But, you can combine in batches of 12, and then combine the merged files.
