Why does Adobe make you go through so many web pages to find out how to cancel a subscription?

Please provides sequence of web pages on how to cancel as I have spent one hour trying to find how to cancel on line and have failed to find where Adobe has hidden it.

    ‌Hi davidk69555140,

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

Here's the link to cancel your subscription: Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

Please feel free to revert back if you face any problem in cancelling your subscription.

    Regards,

    Rahul

I have tried the link you sent me but it is pointless as the Adobe web site does not have a field (or button) which you can cross or tick to cancel a subscription.

There is in fact no facility on the Adobe web site that allows you to cancel a subscription.

Adobe state clearly that you can cancel at any time on the Adobe web site but this is not true. The statement is misleading at best. (In fact it is a lie but I prefer not to use that word).

    Try looking for it yourself!

    Hi David,

I tried checking your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums, but I didn't find any products or subscriptions tied to that email address. If you used a different email address to subscribe, can you please send that to me via private message? I'll see what I can do to help you cancel.

    Best,
    Sara
