Why does Adobe require me to validate every time I open an Adobe product?

In the last few months every time I launch an Adobe product or go to open a PDF, Abobe forces me to select an account for verification then I have to go to a new browser window to confirm who I am.  This is new and a real pain.  Is this happening to everyone now?  Can I find a way to eliminate this bothersome step?

Thanks, Bob

This started happening to me today, after decades of not having to do this. I even tried updating the software.

Hi Christopher34271655v4uh,

Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share more information about the issue you are experiencing? Does it happen when you try to access the Acrobat Online account or the desktop application?

Are you signing in using the Adobe ID or other options like Facebook or Gmail ID? It would be helpful if you could provide more information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
