Why does it take so long to activate a downloaded purchase? .

It should be instantaneous. After 12 hours my purchase is still pending. It's really bad customer service. And of course, no one to call on a weekend. Who is doing the fullfillment for Adobe?

    I apologize for the inconvenience you had to go through over the weekend.

    I assume that you subscribed to Acrobat Plus and you cannot download Acrobat XI Pro to your computer.  Please let us know which OS and browser you are using.
