Yesterday I was charged by Adobe Acrobat Pro and I don't know why. In my Adobe plan I don't have this app. How can I get money back?

As you have mentioned that you are charged for Acrobat pro and don't find it in your plans. Kindly check if you have signed in with the same email that you have used to purchase the subscription.
